These terms apply to online ordering through San José Restaurante’s website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms. San José Restaurante is located at 406 W Main St, Ottawa, Illinois 61350.

Orders and menu information

Menu items, descriptions, prices, availability, and preparation times may change. We will make reasonable efforts to display current information, but an item may become unavailable. Please provide accurate contact and pickup details. An order is submitted when you complete checkout; an order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you about an error or inability to fulfill it.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online card payments are processed by the payment provider presented during checkout. Cash, if offered, is payable at pickup. You are responsible for reviewing your order and total before submitting it.

Customer cancellations and restaurant cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, customer-requested cancellations or changes are not accepted. If San José cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and, when it was paid online, issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method. For a concern about an order, please contact us promptly at (815) 324-9001. See Refunds & Order Issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Delivery services

If you select DoorDash or another third-party delivery service, that provider’s ordering, delivery, privacy, and refund terms may apply to that part of the transaction. Contact the provider for issues it handles directly.

Gift cards and rewards

San José Restaurante’s policy is that paid gift cards remain redeemable for at least five years from the date of issuance. We do not charge inactivity or maintenance fees or reduce the value of a paid gift card for non-use. Any greater protection required by applicable law will apply. Any expiration date or other required disclosure will be provided as required by law.

Promotional discounts, reward points, and complimentary reward offers are separate promotional benefits and may have specific eligibility, redemption, or expiration terms disclosed with the offer. Those terms do not shorten the rights attached to a paid gift card or override applicable law.

Optional text programs are subject to our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Notice. Marketing-message consent is optional and not required to make a purchase.
