Need help with an order?

Call us as soon as possible with your order number so we can review the issue.

Refunds

San José Restaurante accepts refund requests. Contact us promptly and provide your order number and details. We review each request and, when approved, return the refund to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or payment provider.

Customer cancellations

Customers cannot cancel an order after it has been submitted. Please review your order before placing it. Contact us immediately if you notice a problem; we will explain what options may be available.

Restaurant cancellations

San José Restaurante may cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled or for another operational reason. If we cancel an order that was paid online, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Third-party delivery

For orders placed or paid through a delivery platform, contact that platform about its refund process. You may also contact us about food preparation or order issues.
